IMRM Roller Mill is designed for optimum grinding performance in grain milling process.
The roller mill offers a consistent and trouble-free operation with its sturdy structure. It is designed as an economical alternative for flour, semolina, and maize mills; considering the high functionality, simple operation & maintenance.

The roller mill’s chassis is made of a high quality anti-vibrative carbon steel for long durability and smooth operation.
TECHNOLOGY
The Roller Mill has equipped with a special product feeding and grinding control systems, including:
Capacitance Sensor
The product level is controlled at the inlet bunker, and the feed roll speed is adjusted accordingly at minimum and maximum level points.
Slide Gate
The slide gate gate is used for the adjustment of the feeding gap to control product feed amount accordingly.
Manual Roll Gap Adjustment
Used for the sensitive gap adjustment of grinding rolls.
HYGIENE
The roller mill is designed for hygienic equipment standards in detail, Including the front body from output bunker through the cylinder, IMRM is produced with doublewalled and isolated material against adhesion and condensation. Quick removal of doors and covers also allow for easy access to the cleaning points.
FUNCTIONALITY
Simple and user-friendly control panel for the management and monitoring of basic operational parameters (motor load, feed roll speed, etc.)
