Optical Sorter
ISORT
I-SORT Optical Sorter is built to benefit from the latest technologies for grain sorting and cleaning processes.
The machine is used for the removal of foreign materials, broken or damaged kernels from grains with color, size, shape sorting and reverse sorting functions. It works with a very high precision that the sorting accuracy is above 99.99% (on basis of 2%-5 % impurity rate). The optical sorter can be configured for different sorting time settings including single, resort, tertiary sorting, and forth sorting variations; whereas the UV sorting model can also be used to detect aflatoxin in grain products.
